Properties

White solid powder. Belong to absorption type foaming agent, do not need to use activator, depends only on the quantity of heat of decomposition and processing conditions provide, friction and pressure. The foam decomposition quite gentle, its breakdown products mainly for CO2, not corrosion production processing equipment.

Usage

Mainly used for PVC and PS profiles, plates, sheets of extrusion injection foam, such as blinds, picture frames and other low-foam plastic products, TPR soles and high-grade PVC injection slippers, sandals. Can replace a large number of exothermic blowing agents (AC ADCs) in conjunction with exothermic foaming agent to reduce the cost of foam. 

Storage

It is scentless, innocuous, stability under normal condition, and can be self-extinguished. In normal temperature, it will not decompose. Recommended store in dry and ventilative place, guard against damp and  dust, keep far from fire and heat.  It is strictly forbidden to directly contact with acid and alkali, touch skin profoundly or be swallowed down.   Skin contact: immediately wash with water.
